Adidas launches a mobile application for its customers


Sports giant Adidas India launched its mobile shopping app. With the app, it aims to deliver a high digital shopping experience to its customers across the country. The app is available for free on Google Play and App Store. To celebrate the launch of the app, Adidas is offering a 20% discount to all buyers.
“The Adidas application, the home of sport and style, aims to bring consumers closer to the action with instant access to the brand’s latest and most innovative sports offerings, sneakers, seasonal clothing releases and gear to match. to their personal style, ”the company said in a statement.
Adidas says the mobile app is designed to provide a personalized shopping experience for customers. It’s powered by AI technology with a new and improved wishlist, live chat option, and AR trials. It also allows consumers to make simple and secure payment with access to special offers, rewards, giveaways and exclusive events with just a few clicks.
The app will also serve as the basis for the Global Membership Program – Creators Club. The program allows members to buy, rate, participate, run and train to earn points and unlock rewards. It also offers rewards such as member-only product launches, member extras in the form of vouchers, priority discounts and service, media access to limited edition shoes and apparel.
The app is equipped with features like enabling instant notifications allowing consumers to get the latest performance stories that are of interest to them. The app will also become the focus of the hype, with the majority of future drops being the app first. These would include Yeezy, Pharrell Williams, and exclusive collaborations with Lego and Disney.
