CHEYENNE, Wyo. (version) – Cheyenne Regional Health System has launched a new app that allows employees and guests to use their mobile devices to easily access information about the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and its affiliated medical group.

“CRM Come on! Allows visitors and guests to find local health care providers, hospital and clinic locations, health system news and information, Greenhouse Grill menus and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center café and the healthcare system’s MyChart patient portal, SmartExam and Virtual ED.

Cheyenne Regional employees can also use the app to access job-related information, including salary history and employee directory, in addition to the education and learning resources available through the HealthStream platforms and CME Tracker. Employees and suppliers can also use the app to place mobile food and beverage orders from Greenhouse Grill and two CRMC cafes. Another feature allows Cheyenne Regional employees to communicate with each other about volunteer opportunities, events and other relevant information through the interactive “what’s going on” page.

For security reasons, the employee function of the app requires a username and password and two-factor authentication.

“We’re always looking for ways to improve the way we communicate with our staff and the community and to do it quickly and easily,” said Hillary Hardy, Director of Marketing and Communications for Cheyenne Regional. “We believe that ‘CRMC Go!’ is a great way to do this.

Several regional Cheyenne departments have contributed to the development of the application.

“The inclusion of several internal departments in the development phase has ensured that ‘CRMC Go! would meet the needs of employees, vendors, patients and guests, ”said Hardy. “Our plan is to continue to develop and update the app to keep it relevant and useful. “

Plans are currently underway to add health-related podcasts, with the feature slated to launch next spring.

“CRM Come on! Can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple Store available on most smart devices.
