Pueblo — On the evening of Wednesday, May 25, travelers will experience a complete closure of Purcell Boulevard at the US 50 intersection. The closure will take place overnight, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The closure is necessary for crews to complete the installation of the new concrete girders for the new bridge structure. This work has been postponed from Monday evening due to weather conditions.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to access areas along Purcell Boulevard – north and south of US 50. Minor delays are expected for motorists using this intersection. Please allow additional travel time.

Normal working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The construction schedule is subject to change depending on weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
