New Delhi [India], September 1 (ANI): A mobile application with a five-minute yoga protocol, specially designed for working professionals to relax, refresh and refocus in their workplace to increase their productivity, consists of ‘Asanas, of Pranayam and Dhyana, was launched on Wednesday by Union Minister Ayush Sarbanand Sonowal.
Listing the benefits of yoga, Sonowal said, “We know that professionals in the business often experience stress and physical problems as a result of their jobs. Of course, other professions are not immune to it, either. Such problems. Considering the workforce this Y-break has been developed, which will bring some comfort to employees in the workplace. This Y-break, if practiced with sincerity, will play a major role in maintaining people’s health.
According to a statement released by the Ministry of AYUSH, in a sparkling ceremony which reflected the government approach of Prime Minister Modi and saw the participation of Union Minister of Law and Justice Kiren Rijiju, Minister of ‘State (I / c) of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture Meenakshi Lekhi and Minister of State for Ayush and Women and Children’s Development Munjpara Mahendrabhai Kalubhai, Sonowal today launched the “Y-Break” mobile application in Vigyan Bhawan.
Rijiju appreciated the efforts of Ayush’s ministry in developing this mobile app and said it “will spread like wildfire”. (ANI)
